If you're referring to this sync error, it looks like you pasted some webpage content into a note that included an image. Images in notes are officially supported in Zotero 6, which has been out for over a year, so if you pasted this content in with Zotero 6, this shouldn't have happened and would be a bug. If you pasted it in before Zotero 6, this would be expected. In either case, you'll need to delete the image from the note, and if you want to keep it, add it back again now with Zotero 6, which should embed it properly.
There should be a button in the error popup to show the item in question, but if not, you can paste 4ZE2DP5L into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode in the root of your group library. You can also search for data:image to find all notes with invalid embedded images (i.e., those created before Zotero 6 or somehow added in an incorrect way).
