in-text citations, word, saved in Teams

Hi! I recieve a Zotero Integration Error ("Zotero experience an error updating your document") for word documents in MS Teams. The word plug-in/Zotero function well for documents that are not shared. The integration between Teams/Zotero/Word plug-in has worked well until now.
version => 6.0.26, Zotero Word for Windows Integration (6.0.3.SA.6.0.26, extension)
Any ideas on what to trouble shoot?

    From the troubleshooting page:
    If using OneDrive on Windows, save the copy of the document to your local hard drive, or try renaming the file to remove any spaces in the filename. OneDrive is known to interfere with the plugin for some people.
