Feature request: Map Zotero's "country" field to CSL's "jurisdiction"
Currently the "country" filed in Zotero's "patent" type is mapped to nothing in CSL-JSON (see https://aurimasv.github.io/z2csl/typeMap.xml#map-patent and the example in https://gist.github.com/zepinglee/46e7e5b3e10007f2e6589dcbfe6e1705).
According to CSL's specification, the "jurisdiction" field is the "geographic scope of relevance (e.g. 'US' for a US patent; ...)" and it matches "country" in Zotero. It should make sense to fix the mapping.

BTW, the "place" filed in "patent" is confusing to me. What's its difference with "country"?
