Upgrade StorageException: The document is inaccessible. Please try again later.
Dear community,
I'm having a big issue trying to update the references in a document in Google Docs in Firefox. I've tried all the steps suggested here https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/debugging_broken_documents to no avail.
I get the following error message when I'm trying to update any reference "Exception: The document is inaccessible. Please try again later."
I'm using Google Docs in Firefox on a Windows 10 laptop.
Originally I was trying to update a shared document but now I just copied the document into my own Google Drive and I have the same error. I also tried using "private mode" in Firefox just in case there was some issue with the cookies.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
