MacOS, ARM, 7.0.0-beta.6+febcf2568: WebDev Account cannot be initialise

If haven't set WebDEV storage before, when trying to set it in Settings > Sync > File Syncing, changing the Sync option from Zotero to WebDAV would not show the UI for setting. WebDEV account.

Eventually, I have to return to 6.0 to set and then update to 7.0 to use.

(This isn't fixed yet. But if you configure it in Zotero 6 your settings should remain.)
