Zotero Connector (Firefox) not importing PDF from articles with access

Lately, in some websites I use for research (wiley online library, american chemical society), when I run Zotero Connector it captures the Snapshot just fine, but does not save the article's PDF, to which I have access through my institution. This is very annoying as I have to manually download and import the PDFs to the Zotero app. Also, in-app search of the same articles results in the same outcome: article saved to my Zotero library without the PDF.
Other similar websites, such as the Royal Chemical Society website for example, saving through the connector works just fine.

Zotero App and Connector are updated to latest version.

    That doesn't show a save attempt — you have to reload the page if you've saved once or else it just reopens the save popup.

    But for problems with PDF downloads we'd generally need to see a Debug ID from Zotero, not the Connector.

    I have reloaded the page and run Zotero Connector again. This is the Debug ID from Zotero app D1672184469.
