Upgrade StorageZotero 7 Beta - custom themes may require advanced preference/config editor flag
This may not apply for everyone, but in my case (Windows), themes applied with a userChrome.css stopped working after update to 7 beta
Enabling the flag below fixed this for me. Same flag that you need to enable in Firefox to make customizations.
toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets=True
