Zotero 7 beta plus Zotero 6 : unable to complete installation

On a Windows computer, a Zotero 6 installation by an administator and a new installation of the Zotero 7 beta by an user. When I try to launch Z7, the message "Your computer must be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Zotero. Do you want to reboot now?" is displayed. After a reboot : same message. I've tried to uninstall Z7 : same message. The administrator uninstalled Z6 but after that, no way to launch neither uninstall Z7, the same message is displayed.
What can I do?
