Is it possible to choose some folder for not synchronization? In my library i have some folders and i don't want to synchronize it?

The point of syncing is to make your library available everywhere.
Selecting collections not to sync doesn't even make sense in a library-based model, where all items exist in the library root and items can exist in multiple collections.
