Not citing as necessary

Hi I need urgent help. I did use the sage Harvard style as requested by the journal but it doesnt do Author et al. when more than three authors but always the first two authors. I tried all Harvard styles I could get and always the same problem.
Please help to solve this anyone??? I have no time really for this.

Yes, that would have been my first question too - test in a new document with just 1 citation

yes did all this. All correct.

Then it's disambiguating two et al citations w different 2nd author. Insert a bibliography to see them both
