Group Library Files Don't Show Up

When I log into Zotero on the web, under "My Library" tab, I can see all my articles.

The username I've logged into is the same as the one listed in Zotero preferences.

But, when I go to my Group Library, here is what I see:

>> Group Library
>>
>>There are no items in this library.


(even though I clearly have articles in the group library).

I don't know what I am doing wrong...?

    But can you see newly created items?

    Check that the sync is completing successfully and that you're not getting a sync error (indicated by an error icon to the left of the sync icon).

    I have no sync errors.

    I just added a new article in Zotero, logged into Zotero, looked, and the newly-added article shows up.

    But my group library is empty, still, even though there are items in it on my screen..

    Something strange is going on because I re-synced and now my articles show up. This did not work yesterday; it appears to work now...?

    I'm having the same problem.... any other suggestions?

    You'll need to respond to what I wrote above. There shouldn't be any way for new personal items to show up if group items don't.
