Why is the citation format correct in the Zotero style editor. But in MS Word it's wrong

When I choose the citation format of American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition in Zotero style editor.It shows the correct format such as (Chen et al., 2011) .But when citing in MS Word, there are extra characters, which shows as (I.-C. Chen et al., 2011)
