bibliography are not aligned after the number

number 1-9 followed by a blank space, while number 10-99 followed by the title of the paper, then number 100 and after followed by a blank space again, so the titles are not aligned

How exactly are you generating the bibliograpy? Generally this sounds like the margins in your word processor are just set to narrow. If you make those bigger (e.g. in the Word style "bibliography") that should look right.
