Upgrade StorageError inserting citation in google docs with safari
I'm assisting an user at my university: when he tries to insert a citation in his document, he gets an error and in the file it just appear the tag {updating}.
He was able to insert a few, but then suddendly it stopped working, or so he has told me. (he may have done something wrong in between but I cannot know it).
I guided him to submit a log to debug, the ID is: D243665407
On a side note, I never used a Mac, so I'm not familiar with the os: how can I access the zotero connector preferences in safari? I was able to access the safari extensions page, but there I saw no button to access the connector's options.
From there I'd have liked to disable google docs v2 integration (if available) and submit a log also from there. But I didn't find the options
