Annotation window hides when switching apps on iOS
Report ID: 502318853
I highlighted a reference at the end of a paper, tapped on it to open the annotation options (comment, color, delete, etc. don’t know what this pop up is called).
I then tapped the three dots in the top right to edit the annotation. I selected the title of the paper in the reference and used the built in iOS ‘Look Up’ feature which provided a link to open in Safari.
When I switched back to Zotero, the edit annotation window had disappeared. I was able to turn pages but could not make new annotations or interact with existing annotations. I noticed a sliver of the corner of the annotation pop-up in the top left corner of the screen, but could not tap or dismiss it.
Switching the app or closing it and reopening it seems to resolve the issue.
