Modifying CSL for "World Politics" citation style

Hi all--

How exactly would I edit the CSL for "World Politics" to render a colon after the date IF there is a page number and also to use ibid for repeated works? Thanks so much!

Which publisher though -- that's not what World Politics does. In other words, if you want someone to create a citation style for a journal that's not currently available, see

World Politics is perfect for what the publisher wants for an author's book EXCEPT we need the comma to be a colon between the year and page number (if there is one). I just can't figure out where to change the CSL to get it to do that. Thanks so much!

If Chicago author-date can do these two things (date:page number) and "ibid" that would be fine too!
