Sort by number of pages in the attached PDF?

I'm trying to pick some quick reads from my library, but sorting by "pages" is no help since they are the publication page numbers. Is there a plugin or other way that I can sort my library by the number of pages in the PDF document attached to the parent item? Or, as a non-ideal approximation, by the file size of the attachments?
