Hello,
I can't cite while writing in word. When I select the zotero sign and citation, it gives a warning that the connection with zotero could not be established.

What exactly are you clicking, and what's the exact error message you're receiving?

I am clicking "add citation".

message: word document cannot connect to zotero.
