Opening Zotero in a side-bar?

With a biggish screen, it would be nice to be able to see Zotero in a space at (say) the right-hand side of the browser window, so as to be able to see more of each web page.

Maybe this option's already there, and I'm being incredibly thick about not finding it...

    This has been suggested many times, but it's apparently not currently feasible. Users with plenty of horizontal space have have sometimes opened a second Firefox window and set Zotero to fullscreen in that window, then put it to the right (or left) of the main Firefox window.
