Unable to install OpenOffice plugin

Hi.
I'm having problems installing the Apache OpenOffice plugin. I've tried everything on forums and troubleshooting section, but still the program cannot install the plugin.

My OpenOffice version is 4.1.14 and have 32-bit running JSE which are recognized by the Apache program.

The error ID is this one: 142483442

Don't know what is happening. Help, please.

    We haven't supported OpenOffice in many years. You'll need to install LibreOffice if you want to use Zotero word processor integration.

    Thanks for your answer.

    But I have a computer with OpenOffice and the Zotero plugin working (installed just a few months ago). Also, I have a Zotero_OpenOffice_Integration.oxt file in my Zotero folder.

    The file is called that for historical reasons, but we haven't supported OpenOffice since 2016 or so. There's nothing else we can tell you.

    You should use LibreOffice anyway — it's far more actively maintained.

    It might work in some cases, but it's untested and unsupported. The file name is legacy
