URLs missing in bibliography

Around 50% of my references that should contain URL's are not displaying the URL's in the bibliography. The tick box in the preferences is ticked. I tried changing different styles, which didnt help. But, if I delete the citation and re-insert it, then it shows the URL. There are hundreds of references, I will reinsert each one if need be, but is there a faster way of doing it?

Those citations are pointing to different items in your library or are orphaned citations in the document due to your deleting items in Zotero.
