Journal which fails to import metadata

The journal "Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Physics", which is an English language translation of a Soviet journal (ZhETF) has a web page and articles which are scanned pdfs. But saving it to Zotero from the webpage for a particular article (or from pdf, but its a scan so don't expect that to work) doesn't capture metadata correctly, including even the journal name.

I feel like there was a place I should report that, but couldn't find it on the website, so created a discussion item. Sorry if that's wrong.

    Reporting/requesting here is right, but I'm afraid that's unlikely to happen: the journal doesn't provide anything in terms of structured metadata, either on the page or as an export option, nor do the articles have DOIs (or any other ids that could be used to look up metadata elsewhere).
