I have journal download permission, why doesn't zotero download the pdf for me?

Through the institutional portal on the science direct page, want to collect an article through zotero, but it doesn't automatically download the pdf? How to set it up?

    What is the journal article URL exactly as you see it? Are you on campus? At home but logged in through campus?
