Upgrade StorageWord crashing when collaborating on SharePoint
My users are experiencing word crashing when they insert citations into word and they may or may not be collaborating on the same word doc.
We are on Windows 10 with the latest patches and using o365 with the latest version. The crash seems to happen far more when people are using the desktop version of word as compared to the web version. To be clear the desktop version is preferred.
There is no error log generated. I am hoping someone has been able to find a resolution to this issue.
