Style Request: Information Services & Use

This style is a weird mashup of Vancouver and IEEE. I don't see anything from this journal's publisher (IOS Press) in the Style Repository but if anyone knows of a journal using a match for this style I would be delighted. If no one knows of one, would you please create a style?

There's nothing IEEE about it -- Vancouver comes in all number formats. This should work well: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:vancouver-brackets-no-et-al

Argh, the website and the instructions the editors are giving the author I'm supporting don't match. Sorry I didn't notice. Here's a recently published article: https://content.iospress.com/download/information-services-and-use/isu230179?id=information-services-and-use/isu230179

In addition to square brackets, references are formatted so the authors' first initials are placed before the last names, with periods for each initial. There's a comma between authors and the article title. The volume number is in bold. Both the issue number and the year are in parentheses... It's a mess of a style but it's what the editor she's in communication with is insisting on.
