Upgrade StorageSuggestion: warning message for function "export library"

I would like to suggest to show a warning message when someone wants to use the "export library" function. It should give out the warning that this is not recommended for transfering the entire library and link this site: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/transferring_a_library.
As the "export library" function is implemented in the menu of Zotero there was no reason for me personally to question its usability. I think I'm not the only one who misunderstood this feature and a warning may save others from doing the same mistake.
