@[username] suggested to start a new thread on problems while syncing

I cannot sync using the conventional way. That provides me a new icon at the left of sync button saying that the sync process at zotero.org was not done. Following dstillman instructions, I tested my database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences, and it passed with no errors been detected. And that is where I am now.What should I do? Thanks
