Stopped allowing to enter page number/paragraph number

For some strange reason, Zotero in Word stopped responding to page number entries. When I click add citation the red box pops up, I entre the source and if I hit enter it will include the citation, but if I try to include a specific page number and then hit enter the red box is unresponsive. Re-installed Zotero but still had the same problem. Any help?

have you tried entering a page number in the pop-up after clicking on a citaiton (or pressing ctrl+down on your keyboard)?
