After upgrading Zotero´s storage, can´t use the complement in both Microsoft Word and Google Docs
I received some errors before today about having a little storage left to use Zotero. So, I decided to upgrade storage.
After that, every time I want to use any of the options that Zotero has in Microsoft Word, it shows an error with the following message (note: I´m translating the message from Spanish):
"Zotero has experienced an error in your document. Would you like to see instructions to solve the problem?"
This happens with all the options (i.e: Add/edit citation, Add note Add/Edit bibliography, etc.) offered by both Microsoft Word and Google Docs complements.
I followed the instructions from https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/debugging_broken_documents, disabled "Track Changes "and nothing happened
UPDATE: it seems that the issue only happens with files that already have citations AND that are in a OneDrive folder. Copying the files outside the folder seems to solve the issue but I don´t want to be copy-pasting the files every time I need to make changes
I used the Zotero "report errors" feature and this error report was generated: 2108134804
Please help!!

dstillmanedited April 21, 2023That has nothing to do with Zotero Storage. It's just a known issue with documents stored in OneDrive — Step 7 on the troubleshooting page. As it says, removing spaces from the filename should fix it.
