Syncing problem

Hi,
my Zotero sync fails with the following error

I have an extensive group library with many users.
For whatever reason have of the library disappeared in online storage,
so I was Resetting Online Library from a local backup. It uploaded around 2500 items out of 3500. Then I tried to sync in a normal way. It uploaded around another 500 items. But now is failing every time with the error above.
Help appreciated.

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails?

    OK, can you install the Zotero beta and see if that fixes this for you? You can switch back to the release version once the sync goes through.

    Hi, I managed to upload the database of papers using the current version of Zotero 6.0.26. However, the pdf files did not upload.
    It looks like the online version of my library knows the hashes of pdf-files and instructs Zotero to skip uploading them. But the files are not present in the online library.
    Is there a way to force Zotero to upload pdfs to online storage?

    I see the following output in Debug window
