Reporting a bug
In the last few days I have noticed that the program is not detecting -in the attachments column- some items that have a PDF downloaded. It is only when you click on the record that the PDF icon appears. The funny thing is that I have also noticed that it is not random, it is just happening with certain records. Also, if those records already appear on the center screen and I close the program, when I open the program again it happens again on the same records.
