Upgrade StorageBibliography reference to exported ZOTERO data to make Bibliometric in Vosviewer

I need help on making my bibliography references from Zotero to Vosviewer.
How to export the specific bibliography that we have composed to exported file?
I have been trying to export data as .ris and .json, but when I get to the Vosviewer, the viewer does not read it and there is no output result.
Please advise
