feature request: drag comment note(s) within pdf to the tag pane to add tags

This feature is available for items, however, even though we can add tags to the comment notes within pdfs, we can not drag these comment note(s) to the tag pane to add a specific tag.

This can be quite useful if one wants to label the comment notes within pdfs quite regularly, which can be useful when one conducts a literature survey.
