full Zotero citation in new section/chapter??

I need Zotero to include a full citation a work is cited in each chapter (new section). A forum from 2018 said this is not possible. Has there been an update to allow for a full citation the first time a work is cited in each chapter? Thanks!

Nothing new on this. The way to do this would still be to author in separate documents (which, of course, will also make citation insertion etc. faster).
