Sync issue on iPadOS
Hi,
I'm having an unknown sync issue on my iPad (log ID: D1990759424). It says that sync had "62 issues", with the following error message: "Some data in My Library could not be downloaded. It may have been saved with a newer version of Zotero. Other data will continue to sync."
Zotero is up to date on both my iPad and my Mac. This error has been present for a few months. At first, I thought it wasn't that problematic. But I've recently been unable to sync some new references I added on my iPad.
Thanks for your help.
Olivier

dstillmanedited April 9, 2023You had a bunch of annotations imported from Mendeley that didn't have a color assigned for some reason — likely a bug in the data provided by Mendeley's servers. We added a fix for that to the sync system since you imported those, but we didn't yet fix any previously updated annotations. For now I've assigned the default color to those annotations for you, so you should be able to sync now.
