Importing records to a library - ownership

I have a question about importing records. My Zotero app is moving slowly. I'd like a student to import my RIS files to my library. I pay for an upgraded account but the student doesn't. I also have created the library. Can the student import my records without it impacting their free storage?

You could create a group and invite your student. Any files stored in the group you own count against your quota and would not affect student's free storage allowance.
