When entering data into other Info fields, such as Author or Abstract, the selected field shifts to the Title Translation field.

Then appearing in the Extra field are repetitive entries like:

That's not something from Zotero itself. It would be from some plugin you've installed.

Do you have the PDF translation add-on installed?

Yes. Zotero PDF Translate 1.0.20.

This is all coming from the add-on; I'd suggest raising the issue on its github page.
