Upgrade StorageWindows cannot open this document template
Hi - struggling to get Zotero Word plugin to work reliably on my new PC at work. I get a message "word cannot open the doument template" and "this item is blocked".
Think it must be securit settings. "BLocked by attack surface reduction". Affected items :C:\Users\nde1n09\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP\Zotero.dotm
any advice?

dstillman Zotero TeamYou'd have to ask your IT department — that's obviously some restriction on your system.

dstillman Zotero TeamIt looks like we've only ever had one report of this before, and it's apparently from the optional "Block Win32 API calls from Office macros" rule in Microsoft Defender.
