Deduplicate - Merge Mulitple Sets?

Hi,

Is there a way to merge multiple sets of articles in the duplicates folder?

For example, if I have 50 different duplicates, can I merge them to end up with 25?
I've tried highlighting all duplicates, but it only merges to 1 article.

Any help would be great!
