Remove source page reference from citation reference

IEEE style in use: Citation in text use bracketed references to item in bibliography. No footnotes are used.
How to move source page/chapter number from point of citation in text to corresponding bibliography item?

You can remove the information from the in-text citation (though it's correct there for IEEE) but it's not possible to move it to the bibliography -- bibliographies, by defintion, contain whole works (chapters, articles, books), not specific pages.
That's why I suggested you use styles of style 'note' -- like World Politics -- with endnotes instead when you first asked.
