I can't open a file, but I found it in my drive.

    We'd want to see a Debug ID for a sync attempt, but I'd guess this is due to security software on your computer interfering with Zotero's ability to open downloaded files.
  • D1027082216, but I can't open only this file, it seems not download to the local from cloud.
  • No, it's for multiple files (at least two), and I'm afraid all I can tell you is that something is blocking Zotero from unzipping the downloaded files. Could be related to using an external drive or could be related to security software. It's not a problem in Zotero itself.
  • Thanks, I turn off my security, and test again, I think it should relate to my external drive.
