volume downloaded from hathi trust not showing content in zotero internal pdf reader mac

hi!
i downloaded a book from hathi trust website and the internal reader only shows the title page and then the little banners "digitized with google" and "original at x uni". When I open the file in preview or adobe reader, all works well, in that the scanned pages effectively open.
i can read it on those other readers, just saying to help you improve the zotero internal reader which still feels a little rudimentary.

the ios reader by contrast manages to open the file just fine. fyi.

massive scanned PDFs as from hathi don't work super well in the PDF reader. They should work a good bit better in the forthcoming version 7, especially if you're on Windows (where v. 7 will also be able to use more RAM if needed)
