Upgrade StorageOne bibliography position deviates, cause not found
Library added to .odt document using Zotero plugin for LO.
Citation style IEEE
Among all bibliography items one deviates in clearly apparent way from others.
Zotero library entry doesn't show indicators which data could have led to it.

Problems with this item:
* accessed-string Accessed: Feb. 15, 2023. [Online] is present although library entry is empty at regarding field "Accessed"
* normally access timestamp print out had the format "(accessed Mth. dd.yyyy)", here the form deviates significantly
* access timestamp was added although Zotero preferences > Cite tab > Citation Options > Include URLs of paper articles is disabled as well as at same time other bibliography items don't have that print out (last access time) and their Access fields are not empty
* as for other items this type the content of field "Website Title" follows title print out. As for this item "Website Title" field content is doesn't pass to bibliography
