Upgrade StorageIssues syncing

I've synced up up Zotero local and cloud versions. I made some manual changes to the authors of some of my sources at work as Zotero wasn't picking those up correctly from the articles / presentations.
On syncing with my home computer, whilst the green cicle spins and there's no error message, it's not picking up the up-to-date versions of the authors I can see on the web version.
I've checked the whole Library is ticked for syncing and it's the correct account.

dstillmanedited March 30, 2023We would need to see a Debug ID for the first sync immediately after making a change that doesn't transfer, as well as the zotero.org URL for the relevant item in the web library and the specific change in question (which you can email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread if you don't want to post publicly, though we'll respond here).
