RIS file import issues (Windows)

HI
Having issues with RIS files

Windows 10 - Standard User
Zortero V6.023

I have uninstalled and reinstalled

When I download a RIS file, Zotero no longer imports the file.
If Zotero is closed and I click on RIS file it opens Zotero - but till it nothing imports
I can manually select to import and that works
No errors show in logs
Submitted log D813116384

Grateful for any ideas on how to fix the issues

    (3)(+0000000): Using data directory C:\Users\[…]\OneDrive - […]\Zotero
Your data directory can't be in cloud storage folder, and we're not able to provide any support for such a setup.
When I download a RIS file, Zotero no longer imports the file.
A RIS file would be automatically imported by the Zotero Connector only if the site serves it using the appropriate file type. We have no control over that.

Double-clicking to import with Zotero closed works for me on macOS, but we'll have to test whether that's working on Windows. It should certainly work with Zotero open.

In general, though, you'd want to be saving via the Save to Zotero button with Zotero open anyway, not downloading RIS files.
