Upgrade StorageRed Bar that will not populate

I am using Zotero for a paper. I have not used the situation features but have saved all my references in my library. When I go to change the setting for preferences in the google doc for my paper, to start adding citations, a red bar comes up, and that is it all. There is no way to populate or make changes. What do I do?

Make sure the preferences window isn't just appear behind your other windows — that's most likely what's happening here. It's part of Zotero, so it may be behind your main Zotero window.
If you don't think it's that, restart Zotero and try again, and provide a Debug ID for reproducing this if you're still having trouble.
