Item Type "Web Page" does not appear in dropdown list (Desktop Version)

Today I tried to create a new record by choosing Item Type "Web Page" from the drop down list under the green "+". sign icon. It does not appear at all - not in the 5 recent ones used list or in the "More" list. I know it should be found (alphabetically) below the "Video Recording" item choice, but it isn't there. Not sure what happened but it just vanished. I still have Item Type "Web Page" items in my database, though. I'm using Zotero 6.0.23 - and have checked to make sure there are no updates available. Please advise - thank you.

Thanks. Does "web page" just get created when a web page is imported to Zotero, but if you want to manually create a web page entry you have to first choose another item type, and then go to the "item type" field in the new item and change it to "Web Page"? I really thought it was on the green "+" sign icon dropdown of choices.
