Cannot save PDF

I've seen a few threads about this. My Zotero Connector won't save PDFs, and shows a big red X next to the small PDF icon that appears in the drop down when I try to save the PDF I'm viewing in Chrome, on my Mac.

I don't know what a proxy is, and I don't know how to get a debug ID.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for a save attempt that fails?

    Thank you for looking into this.

    I noticed when I try to save a PDF through Sage, it worked. Here's a Debug ID for that: D1693986977

    Now, somehow, it even worked for EBSCOHost, with which I usually have trouble. Here's that Debug ID: D1009736179

    I'm not confident I got those ID's correctly...

    We would only need a Debug ID for something that wasn’t working.
