Upgrade StorageNoob-Can I delete transferred pdfs? Are they the same size?
Couldn't find this basic Q. Sorry.
I added a few 1000 pdfs to Zotero (made a new folder and dragged them all in from a folder). 2 quick related ques:
1. Once imported, can I delete the originals (i.e., Does Zotero d/l a complete copy of each pdf into it's folders?). Confused because when I search my Mac, I now see the original plus 2 copies stored in different Zotero folders.
2. Is the size of the Zotero transferred pdf be the same as the original? Need to know because space is tight on my HD.

dstillmanYes, you can delete the originals. Zotero copies the files into its own storage folder as stored files by default.
