APA version 7 - journal article titles not in sentence case

I'm using Zotero (v 6.0.23) on a Mac with Google Docs. When I "Copy Bibliography" for a journal article that is stored in Zotero in title case, the resulting bibliography entry is also in title case. For example (please ignore the lack of italics):

Deluca, S. C., Echols, K., Law, C. R., & Ramey, S. L. (2006). Intensive Pediatric Constraint-Induced Therapy for Children With Cerebral Palsy: Randomized, Controlled, Crossover Trial. Journal of Child Neurology, 21(11), 931–938. https://doi.org/10.1177/08830738060210110401

It should be formatted (other than italics) like this:

Deluca, S. C., Echols, K., Law, C. R., & Ramey, S. L. (2006). Intensive pediatric constraint-induced therapy for children with cerebral palsy: Randomized, controlled, crossover trial. Journal of Child Neurology, 21(11), 931–938. https://doi.org/10.1177/08830738060210110401

I took a stab at editing the .csl file without any luck. If I go through my library in Zotero and manually change the title of each journal article to sentence case then I get the right results, but I'd rather not have to do that every time I have to switch citation styles.

Any suggestions for a quick fix?

Thanks in advance!
